Staying Sane!

Many individuals have now been quarintined around the world to "flatten the curve" of COVID-19. What should we do while we stay home for weeks? 

Stay active:

We all should keep being active and exercise. Some great home exercises are push-ups, sit-ups, squats, yoga, and walking.

Keep learning:

Thats right! Learning helps keep the mind healthy and young! I recommend picking up another language (I am) or learning a new skill (Like web development).

Be creative:

Drawing, painting, writing, and other artistic projects have been proven to reduce stress and anxiety. There are many online resources for artists. Some of these are ArtyFactory, Google Docs, and YouTube.
